Before the papers could be published on Global Digital libraryTM, at least one of the authors of every accepted paper will be required to submit a Copyright Transfer Form. Articles without a duly signed Copyright Transfer Form will not be included in the conference proceedings or journals. Completed forms should be submitted to the TPC Chair of the respective conferences using IES Author Account.
All conference and journal papers are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, even commercially as long as the original work is properly cited. The publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. By submitting the Copyright Transfer Form, the authors permits the publisher to apply for a DOI to their articles and to archive them in third party databases and indexes, and to edit the material to meet the publication standards.
Open Access Policy
We follow Open Access policy for publishing of journals and conference proceedings. This means that our journals and conference proceedings provide immediate open access for readers to all articles on the Global Digital Library and out websites. The readers, therefore, are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts or use them for any other lawful purpose. All articles published under Open Access policy are distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution license.
All author submissions will be accepted through IOARP Editorial SystemTM (IES) at www.ies.ioarp.org. To be able to submit a paper for a review in IOARP journals, authors will be required to use their IES Author Account. IES Author Account provides authors with facilities such as online submission of articles to IOARP conference and journals, access reviewer decisions and feedback, communicate with the Editors and TPC Chairs, upload camera ready versions of their papers, and access their article submission history. Once created, the IES Author Account can be used for all future submissions.
Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the authorities responsible where the work was carried out. We do accept submissions that are extended versions of the article previously appeared on preprint servers, journals, conference proceedings, blogs or posters. Authors are responsible for updating the archived preprint with the journal reference and a link to the published articles on the appropriate journal or conference websites upon publication.
IOARP only accepts articles in Microsoft Word format. Submitted articles must strictly conform to the IOARP Article Template available on conference or journal websites. Papers not conforming to the prescribed template will not be considered for a review.
IOARP has a zero-tolerance plagiarism policy. We check the submitted articles using third-party plagiarism prevention tools. All submissions will be checked for plagiarism before being sent to reviewers. We insist a rigorous viewpoint on the self-plagiarism as it fails to contribute to the research and science.
When plagiarism has been found to have occurred, IOARP will take the actions as determined by the type of plagiarism. Unless determined otherwise during the investigation, all authors are deemed to be individually and collectively responsible for the content of a plagiarized article. IOARP, the Editorial Board, or the Technical Programme Committee places the investigation of each claim of plagiarism at the highest priority for resolution. When plagiarism becomes evident prior to publication, the paper will be rejected and the authors will be notified. The following action(s) will be taken in case of plagiarism in a published article and proven misconduct:
- A letter will be sent to all the authors involved in which they will be informed about the misconduct.
- Authors’ universities or departments will be intimated about the incident of misconduct.
- The authors of involved in the misconduct will be banned from publishing any content with IOARP in future.
- The article will no longer be available online and will be replaced by a retraction note.
- We will also pursue the retraction of this article from other online indexing services.
We may correct the original publication depending on the degree of plagiarism, context within the published article and its impact on the overall integrity of the published work.
Correction and Retraction Policy
Publishable amendments will be represented by a formal online notice where they affect the publication record and/or the scientific accuracy of published information. Amendments concerning peer-reviewed material fall into one of the following four categories.
Publisher Correction: Notification of an important error made by the journal that affects the publication record or the scientific integrity of the paper, or the reputation of the authors or the journal.
Author Correction: Notification of an important error made by the author(s) that affects the publication record or the scientific integrity of the paper, or the reputation of the authors or the journal.
Retraction: All co-authors must sign a Retraction specifying the error and stating briefly how the conclusions are affected, and submit it for publication. In cases where co-authors disagree, the in-house editors may seek advice from independent referees and impose the type of amendment that seems most appropriate, noting the dissenting author(s) in the text of the published version.
Addendum: Addenda are published when the in-house editors decide that the addendum is crucial to the reader's understanding of a significant part of the published contribution.
Complaints and Appeals Policy/Procedure
Editors have very broad discretion in determining whether an article is an appropriate fit for their journal or conference. Many manuscripts are declined with a very general statement of the rejection decision. These decisions are not eligible for formal appeal unless the author believes the decision to reject the manuscript was based on an error in the review of the article, in which case the author may appeal the decision by providing the Editor with a detailed written description of the error they believe occurred.
If an author believes the decision regarding their manuscript was affected by a publication ethics breach, the author may contact IOARP with a detailed written description of their concern, and information supporting the concern, at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Waivers and Incentives Policy
We charge conference authors a registration fee and journal authors a processing fee for each article they publish. This fee helps the open-access journals to cover their operational expenses. Time to time, we offer waivers and incentives to the authors, editorial board members, and technical programme committee members. The waivers and incentives may vary and the exact amount is displayed on the conference or journal's website usually under Awards and Grants section. IOARP reserves the right to withdraw any waiver, incentive, grant or award at any time and without any prior notice.
IOARP offers no refund of the article processing fee once paid. For conference articles, a full refund will be issued if the refund request is made 3 months (90 days) prior to the conference commencement date. A half refund will be issued if the request is made 2 months (60 days) before the conference commencement date. No refunds will be issued thereafter. The refund amount will be subject to the deduction of necessary processing charges.
Refund request must be made through an email to the TPC Chair of the conference. The refunds will be processed within a month (30 days) of the completion of the conference.
